Join Zuckerman Jazz Artist-In-Residence Helen Sung and her band as they workshop her residency-inspired compositions and demonstrate elements of the creative process with illuminating parallels to the scientific method.

Helen Sung's residency is hosted by Michael Shadlen, professor of neuroscience and principal investigator at Columbia's Zuckerman Institute, with support from Chris Washburne, associate professor of music at Columbia University.
