The Presidential Scholars in Society and Neuroscience (PSSN) program awards annual Seed Grants to support interdisciplinary projects that lie at the intersection of neuroscience, the humanities, and the social sciences. All full-time time faculty at Columbia University and Barnard College are eligible to submit proposals. This year, PSSN has awarded funding to two interdisciplinary projects led by faculty from a number of departments at Columbia University, Barnard College, and Teachers College, including psychology, psychiatry, pediatrics, women’s gender and sexuality studies, neuroscience, and public health. 2017 Seed Grant recipients are:
